Implementation
We offer a first-class implementation service backed up by some of the most experienced people in the industry. So you can rest assured that your system implementation will be fast, accurate and successful.

Training
We deliver detailed training courses covering the following areas:

  • Pensions theory training
  • Basic to advanced pension administrator training, ranging from using individual routines to running monthly and annual processes
  • Basic to advanced Propay (pensioner payroll system) training
  • System set up and configuration training

Courses are delivered at our offices in a dedicated training room, or can be run at a client's office.

Clients who have a large number of users to train can consider "Train the Trainer" courses whereby nominated individuals can become accredited trainers to enable them to run our training courses within their own organisation.

Ongoing Support
We also have an excellent reputation for the effective after sales support we provide for our clients. In addition to delivering training courses for our product range, we have carefully planned the way that the support teams are organised so that clients can get fast, direct access to any help that they require. The processes and procedures adopted by the support department are, as far as possible, consistent for all products to ensure optimal efficiency.

The support department is integrated with other departments within Profund, enabling the team to draw on resources and expertise as and when required, to enable our clients' systems to operate as efficiently as possible.

Profund Community
The Profund Community was developed to provide its members with a forum to exchange information, share experiences, discuss ideas and advise other people who have an interest in Profund products and services. The Community membership includes:
